What opens a town
Roughly 150 to 200 waitlisted members within walking or short driving distance, spread across at least a dozen different skills, with a handful willing to act as local hosts: the people who welcome new members, sanity-check listings and keep the first disputes human. Density beats headcount; a tight town beats a big region every time.
