What happens next
Your town joins the map. When it reaches pilot density, roughly 150 to 200 members across a dozen skills, we open it: identity and address verification first, then listings, then the first trades with local hosts on hand.
Amersham members: the pilot opens autumn 2026, and the first 200 sign-ups get founding-member status, which will matter more than it sounds.
